Our second deal in just over a week - Roycian are delighted to have supported the management team of Pho Restaurants on their successful deal, which involved a sale of a significant majority stake to Rising Stars, a dedicated restaurant fund run by TriSpan, the global private equity firm. The founders and management of the Vietnamese restaurant group will have a significant interest in the business going forward, with Del Huse’s former colleague Pat Marrinan leading the group as MD. The founders of Pho, Stephen and Juliette Wall, will remain in executive roles to support the continued growth of the business. Pho currently has 30 restaurant sites as well as three delivery-only kitchens.
