Roycian is delighted to have participated in a deal bringing multi-million-pound investment to AD Williams – a leading accident repair group. The funding will be used for the partial realisation for existing shareholders and to fund the long-term growth of the group. Founded in 2013 by CEO Stuart Bacchus, AD Williams is an owner-managed business with 14 sites in the Southeast of England, making it the sixth largest body shop repair provider in the UK. The business’s core focus is repairing cars that have been in accidents, with over 18,000 cars being fixed in 2020 alone. In the last eight years, AD Williams has grown to over £30 million revenue a year.
